Your Delaware LLC Franchise Tax is due by June 1st 2014!

Not just LLC’s, but all alternative entities franchise tax is due in the hands of the Division of Corporations each year by June 1st. It just so happens that this year, the Delaware Franchise Tax deadline falls on a Sunday.
