WSFS Bank & Sunday Breakfast Mission Kick-Off The 2012 Great Thanksgiving Food Drive
WSFS Bank has been supporting the Sunday Breakfast Mission’s Great Thanksgiving Food Drive since 2003 and last year alone collected over 45 tons of food at its drop-off locations. Beginning October 22, 2012, the public is encouraged to stop by a WSFS Bank branch location to donate a non-perishable good for less fortunate members of the community. Encouraged donations include baby food, canned soup, canned vegetables, boxed cereal and Thanksgiving fixings such as canned cranberry sauce, boxed stuffing and gravy mix.
WSFS Bank and the Sunday Breakfast Mission will officially kick-off the 2012 Great Thanksgiving Food Drive on Monday, October 22, 2012. WSFS will be collecting non-perishable goods at all of its branch locations throughout Delaware and Southeastern Pennsylvania until December 8, 2012. All food donations will support the Sunday Breakfast Mission and help provide hundreds of thousands of nutritious meals to Delaware’s homeless.
