Wilmington Women in Business (WWB) has a Leadership and Executive Presence seminar on Wednesday, January 19th and would like to invite you! Executive Coach and presenter, Barbara Roche will be presenting on this very popular topic. The Event will take place at the University and Whist Club in Wilmington. This seminar is for any woman who wants to enhance her leadership skills and executive presence – regardless of job title. Leadership presence is about projecting confidence and competence. It’s about fully expressing yourself in mind, body and spirit. How is this accomplished? The first step is to set an intention to build these skills and attributes. The next steps will be shared in this workshop.
Participants will learn how to:
• Enhance verbal and non-verbal communication
• Uncover key attributes that help define personal leadership styles
• Communicate authentically and with power
• Command the respect of your peers/direct reports
