Wilmington Women in Business (WWB) Inaugural Leadership Round-Table to be hosted by Terri Kelly, President and CEO of W.L. Gore & Associates
Join the WWB for their very first Leadership Round-Table hosted by Terri Kelly, President and CEO of W.L. Gore & Associates, a multi-billion dollar enterprise that employs more than 8,000 associates in 45 plants around the world. This program is structured to provide an interactive discussion on leadership between our participants and Terri, who will not only share some of the keys to her own leadership style but also field questions from the audience in an intimate setting.

The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. with registration and networking. At 6:00 p.m. we will serve dinner and kick off our event with W.L. Gore & Associates President and CEO, Terri Kelly.
Kelly’s leadership abilities have driven her success in a company known for its non-hierarchical “lattice” structure. At Gore, associates become leaders based on their ability to gain the respect of their peers and to attract followers. Terri earned the title of president and CEO in 2005 — one of the few titles within the enterprise — following a peer-driven selection process.
