U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals Denies State of Delaware Hearing on Sports Betting
Today U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals has officially denied The State of Delaware the opportunity to go to trial on the issue of single game sports betting and wagering on sports other than pro football.
