One Stop.com announced at MarketWatch, that they are changing their name and corporate domicile. The new name is Metiscan, Inc. The new corporate domicile is, where else? Delaware.

Metiscan, Inc. will begin trading under its new trading symbol MTIZ.PK on November 18, 2008. The new CUSIP number for Metiscan, Inc is 591556 105. Concurrent with the name change, new ticker symbol, and new CUSIP, the Company has changed its domicile from the state of Florida to Delaware.
