The State of Delaware LP/LLC/GP Franchise Tax is Due by June 1, 2010
It’s that time of year again! Although Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies and General Partnerships formed in the State of Delaware do not file an Annual Report, they are required to pay an annual tax of $250.00. Taxes for these entities are due on or before June 1st of each year. Penalty for non-payment or late payment is $200.00. Interest accrues on the tax and penalty at the rate of 1.5% per month.
You can read more about Annual Reports and Franchise Tax in Delaware, and even pay online at the Division of Corporations website.

James,
Thank you for your comment!
If you wish to pay the annual franchise tax for your Limited Partnership, you can do so independently by following the links online in the post to the Division of Corporations website. Alternatively, you can seek the assistance of a service provider that may help you with that process. The Delaware Business Blog provides information only and we don’t do that kind of service work, however, we can recommend that you contact Delaware Intercorp, Inc. (www.delawareintercorp.com) by emailing info@delawareintercorp.com or calling 302-266-9367 for assistance with that process.
Good luck!
