The Food Bank of Delaware receives donation from WSFS Bank

Just when they need it most, The Food Bank of Delaware locations in Milford and Newark receive a holiday gift from WSFS Bank in honor of its commercial banking customers. Due to the growing need for food, the food bank supply has decreased and they have had to suspend their emergency food closet program.

“At WSFS Bank we greatly value the community we serve. When organizations like the Food Bank of Delaware are in need of assistance, providing support is always the right thing to do, especially during the holiday season,” said Janis Julian, Senior Vice President of Community Relations.

The Food Bank of Delaware is a non-profit agency distributing food to the hungry people in the community while working to find solutions to end hunger.
