“The new CEO will guide the foundation’s work on its expanded mission, focused on building a shared vision for Delaware’s future, grounded in knowledge, informed by the common good and advanced through philanthropic leadership.”
In addition to Sager, the DCF search committee members are Kelly Firment (co-chair), Doneene Damon, Marilyn Hayward, Bill Dugdale, Don Nicholson Jr., Laurisa Schutt and Cindy Szabo.
Kittleman President and CEO Richard M. King will serve as the lead search consultant. All inquiries and applications should be directed exclusively to Kittleman at 312.986.1166 or www.kittlemansearch.com.
