The Delaware Children’s Museum has an educators’ event this week!

The Delaware Children’s Museum will host an Educators’ Evening on Thursday, October 7, 2010, from 5-7:30pm. All Pre K – 8th grade teachers (administrators, preschool teachers and PTA representatives are also welcome—please help DCM spread the word!) are invited to meet the education team at Delaware’s newest educational resource. Learn how your students can benefit from the DCM’s focused field trips or self-guided visits. Explore how the Museum exhibits meet Common Core Standards and Delaware State Content Standards. Brainstorm ideas for new interactive lesson plans, and enter to win unique classroom materials. All while enjoying light refreshments around this fun and inspiring environment.
