CPA to serve on Executive Finance Committee – (2) hours per
quarter, meetings scheduled one year in advance
HR expert – Serve PRN with HR Director and CEO
Gerontologist, Nurse Practitioner or expert in Medicare,
Medicaid or related areas – Serve on the Quality of Programs
and service Committee – 2 hours per quarter
Additional Information o Quarterly Board meetings, approximately 1 hour.
