Spring 2011 Entrepreneurial Boot Camp and Business Plan Competition
The deadline for submitting business ideas has passed, and the best have been selected to proceed on to the next stage of the Spring 2011 Entrepreneurial Boot Camp.
The Business Plan Competition will provide selected participants with the opportunity to present their business plans to a panel of venture capitalists, angel investors, entrepreneurs, instructors and business leaders.
Four business plans will be selected for cash awards from four separate categories. They will be recognized by the Delaware Emerging Technology Center at the Governor’s Entrepreneurial Business Conference in June 2011. Cash award winners will be selected for the following categories:
The Delaware ETC Best Overall Business Plan Award- $ 5,000
The Delaware ETC Most Innovative Award- $ 2,500
The Delaware ETC Best Emerging Technology Award- $2,500
The Delaware ETC StudentPreneur Award- $2,000
Three Scholarships to the DTCC Terry Campus Certificate Program for Start-Ups (Valued at $500 ea)
