Are the Wilmington Mayoral Candidates tackling the issues that affect your life, your community and your city? What are the mayoral candidates’ 4 year strategic plans to move the city of Wilmington forward? Here’s your chance to speak-out and share your issues with the Wilmington Mayoral Candidates.
WHYY is hosting the first of (3) Wilmington Civic Engagement Meetings on June 27, 2012. This meeting will give residents a chance to talk candidly about the issues they have yet to hear addressed.
The 1st meeting will take place at The Police Athletic League of Wilmington located at 3707 North Market Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19802 on June 27, 2012. Registration and light refreshments will begin at 5:30pm followed by orientation at 6:00pm then breakout sessions from 6:30-7:30pm. The breakout sessions will allow participants to share their thoughts with host moderators. WHYY will compile the questions and present some of them to the mayoral candidates in an upcoming debate and post others on newsworks.org/delaware.
