– Why is cash flow so important to a small business?

Every business needs a business plan. This two-session workshop covers the preparation of a business plan including the overall strategy, market planning, and the financial projections required by lenders. An experienced SCORE leader will get you started on your plan. A workbook is included. It is envisioned that you will request a SCORE counselor to assist you in the completion of the plan.
