Reger Rizzo & Darnall Welcomes New Associate Krista E. Butler
Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP announced today that Krista E. Butler has joined its Wilmington, Delaware office as an associate in the Employment Practices and Litigation Groups. Prior to joining the firm, Krista was employed as an Assistant City Solicitor in charge of litigation for the City of Wilmington.

As Assistant City Solicitor, Krista represented the City of Wilmington and its officers as lead counsel in discrimination and civil rights actions. She handled a wide range of employment and labor-related matters including those before the EEOC, Delaware Department of Labor, and Public Employee Relations Board as well as in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association. Additionally, Krista defended the City against unfair labor practice charges, negotiated collective bargaining agreements, revised and updated personnel policies and performed preventive counseling in all City departments.
Admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania, Krista received both her B.A. and J.D. from Widener University. She is a member of the Delaware, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.
