Public hearing regarding PGB Trust & Investments of Delaware
The Delaware State Bank Commissioner has scheduled a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 15, 2012, in the 3rd Floor Conference Room of the Carvel State Office Building, 820 North French Street, Wilmington, Delaware, to consider the application to form a limited purpose trust company to be known as PGB Trust & Investments of Delaware.
Interested parties have the right to present evidence, to be represented by counsel and to appear personally or by other representatives at the hearing. Any person wishing to present testimony at the hearing is requested to register with the State Bank Commissioner in advance of the hearing. The State Bank Commissioner’s decision will be based upon evidence received.
