Project Management for Entrepreneurs

Never stop learning, and never think you can’t learn something new. The next installment of the Chamber U program looks like a great opportunity to do both.

This session will provide an introduction to the basic steps in assembling a project plan, which is an excellent discipline for entrepreneurs to apply to new ventures. The Work Breakdown Structure, time estimation, and relationships between tasks in a project will all be covered.
