That is how the Federal Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization bills the SDBU conference scheduled for Thursday, April 19th. Even a cursory review of the sponsor and exhibitor list will attest to the comprehensive nature of the conference. The conference exists solely to create contacts between the Federal Government, large primary contractors and small business. Government rules encourage and sometimes demand that certain percentages of contracts go to small and minority owned businesses.
