Further demonstrating the Statewide commitment to improving e-services, The Delaware Division of Revenue unveiled its new online filing
system this month for businesses to submit W-2 information.

“Revenue has been committed to easing the tax burden on businesses for years,” says Delaware Division of
Revenue Director Patrick Carter. “Online W-2 filing is an additional service we’re offering to better help businesses achieve their goals.”
It seems that is now more convenient than ever for businesses to report their Delaware withholding.
