Notice Of Public Hearing On Intention To Form Reliance Trust Company Of Delaware

The State Bank Commissioner hereby gives notice of a public hearing to consider the application of Emmanuel G. Fournaris of Wilmington, Delaware, Michael M. Gordon of Wilmington, Delaware, and Bryan E. Keenan of Wilmington, Delaware, to be filed for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Advantage with respect to the formation of Reliance Trust Company of Delaware.

What: A public hearing to consider an application to form a new limited purpose trust company to be named Reliance Trust Company of Delaware.
Where: Third Floor Conference Room of the Carvel State Office Building | 820 North French Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801
When: Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 10:00 a.m.

A Notice of Intent to form Reliance Trust Company of Delaware was filed with the Office of the State Bank Commissioner on August 4, 2011. The proposed location of the limited purpose trust company will be Wilmington, Delaware. It is proposed that the new limited purpose trust company have capital stock of $600,000, consisting of 600,000 shares of common stock, each with a par value of $1.00.

A copy of the proposed form of application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Advantage is on file in the Office of the State Bank Commissioner, 555 E. Loockerman Street, Suite 210, Dover, Delaware 19901, and the non-confidential portions thereof are available for inspection during regular office hours.

Interested parties may appear at the public hearing, in person or by counsel or other representatives, and may present evidence relevant to the issues to be decided at that time. The Commissioner will make a decision on the basis of the evidence received.
