A Notice of Intent to form Depository Trust Company of Delaware, LLC, was filed with the Office of the State Bank Commissioner on June 2, 2009. It is proposed that the new limited purpose trust company will be located in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware, and have capital stock of $500,000.
