New Product Visions and Dileab Group Announce Innovation as a System™ Seminar Series

Mr. Jeff Groh, BSME, MBA of New Product Visions and Mr. Marv Patterson of Dileab Group are now offering an online webinar series to help companies improve their innovation effectiveness. Mr. Groh and Mr. Patterson, formerly of Hewlett-Packard, have a combined +75 years of experience in high-technology manufacturing companies.

Mr. Jeff Groh, BSME, MBA of New Product Visions and Mr. Marv Patterson of Dileab Group are now offering an online webinar series to help companies improve their innovation effectiveness. The seminars are offered on monthly basis beginning in January 2014 and cover a broad range of topics on innovation management. Subjects include understanding the business value of innovation, the investment-to-income system, portfolio management, project management, phase gate development processes, measuring performance, and executive leadership roles. The online webinars are one-hour, stand-alone modules.

Commenting on the new webinar series, Mr. Groh states:

Mr. Groh of New Product Visions spent more than 30 years in the analytical instrument industry in sales, marketing, customer support, manufacturing and new product development prior to establishing his innovation consulting firm. He has direct experience managing a high-technology development organization combined with a broad business background. Prior to founding Dileab Group, Mr. Patterson held various positions in Hewlett-Packard’s R&D program. Before leaving HP to begin his consulting practice, he was charged with improving HP’s worldwide R&D effectiveness. He has authored several books and journal articles on innovation management.
