National Drivers Test- State Rankings Overview
Where are the most knowledgeable drivers in the nation? According to a recent GMAC Insurance National Drivers Test, they are not in Delaware!

I am sure it doesn’t mean that people in Delaware don’t have any driving sense 😛 and surely it does not mean that we don’t know how to drive… its just that we have better things to do than to spend hours on preparing for a driving test.. passing marks would just do 😛

Good point! Let’s just hope the insurance company isn’t holding that against us when they set the rates for DE…
