Morris Nichols’ Michael Houghton Elected to Executive Committee of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce
Michael Houghton, Morris Nichols Commercial Law Counseling Group partner, has been elected to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce (DSCC). The election occurred on Monday prior to the DSCC’s 177th Annual Dinner held at the Chase Center on the Riverfront.
Mr. Houghton has served as a member of the DSCC Board of Directors since 2009. He currently also serves as a member of Morris Nichols’ Executive Committee as well the Executive Committees of the Delaware State Bar Association and of the Uniform Law Commission.
ABOUT DSCC: Founded in 1837 as the Wilmington Board of Trade, the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce is the oldest and most influential business advocacy organization in the state.
