Morris Nichols’ Kimberly Gill Selected as 2012 Delaware Rising Star by Thomson Reuters/Super Lawyers
Kimberly Gill, associate in Morris Nichols’ Trusts, Estates and Tax Group, has been chosen for inclusion on the 2012 Delaware Rising Stars list published by Thomson Reuters/Super Lawyers. The Honor is reserved for those lawyers who have shown excellence in practice. No more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in Delaware are named to the Rising Stars list, who are either 40 years old or younger, or in practice for ten years or less.
In addition to her trust, estate planning, state and federal income tax law, and nonprofit and tax exempt organizations practice, Kim has served as an annual speaker at the Delaware Tax Institute. She has also recently been elected to serve as Chair of the Delaware State Bar Association, Section on Estates and Trusts, and is a past Chair of the Delaware State Bar Association, Section on Taxation.
