Morris Nichols’ Curtis Miller Appointed Co-Chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association
Congratulations go out to Curtis Miller, Morris Nichols Business Reorganization and Restructuring associate, on his appointment as Co-Chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
The mission of the Federal Bar Association, founded in 1920, is to strengthen the federal legal system and administration of justice by serving the interests and the needs of the federal practitioner, both public and private, the federal judiciary and the public they serve. Its Bankruptcy Section develops and implements programs, publications, and activities involving bankruptcy and insolvency law.
Curtis’s practice focuses on chapter 11 business restructuring, advising fiduciaries and managers for distressed enterprises, acquisitions and transactions, committee and ad-hoc committee representations, debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing, representation of secured and unsecured lenders to bankrupt or distressed companies and bankruptcy-related litigation.
