Modern Office Integrates Historic Art Collection At Athene Annuity And Life Assurance Company’s New Sales And Marketing Office At 500 Delaware Avenue
Mitchell Associates recently completed the design and interior architecture for Athene Annuity and Life Assurance Company. Mitchell worked with the Senior Executives to plan a brand new 6,000+ square foot office space designed to be client friendly and forward thinking. A fresh palette of neutral colors and materials including soft white marble flooring, rich wood finishes and an elegant lighting scheme blend well with the modern architecture of the building’s beautiful construction completed by the Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc. in 2006. Highlighting the interiors are several textiles from the historic Liberty Textiles Collection. The modern and inviting interior offers panoramic views of the City of Wilmington and fosters the dynamic culture and innovative nature of Athene Annuity. Mitchell optimized the square footage of the space and natural daylight to provide a harmonic balance of light, color and materials. The glass entry and open reception/conference area lead to private offices. An open work space, featuring state-of-the-art marketing technologies enhance the collaboration among the sales/trading teams.
