The Mid-Atlantic Wine & Food Feast features chefs, winemakers, brewers and distillers from around the world and throughout the region for four days of epicurean adventures in venues that extend throughout Delaware. The event benefits nine major arts organizations in Delaware including the Kent County Fund for the Arts.

Winemakers Dinner, Home of Dr. Bill & Susan Johnson, Dover. “La place d’etoile” (Place of the Star) will feature fine European cuisine in the historic Annie Jump Cannon House, hosted by its current owners Bill and Susan Johnson, with elegant operatic music by Dr. James Wilson and Britania Redington, visual art and fascinating history. Five visiting and regional chefs will each prepare a course paired with wines by visiting winemakers. Thursday, February 7, 6:30 p.m.
Master Chefs: Up Close and Personal at Harrington Raceway & Casino’s Gold Ball Room. Seven past contestants from Chef Gordon Ramsay’s “Master Chef” will prepare food so tasty even Ramsay would approve! An extremely limited number of tickets will be sold for a VIP Preview Reception at 5:30 p.m. with more tickets available for the 6:30 p.m. main event. Friday, March 8, 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Bacon & Bourbon at Triad Farms, Dover. A perfect paring of port and small batch bourbons. Bourbon experts will lead guests on a tasting journey along with chefs who will create a variety of bacon-centric bites. Saturday, March 9, 5 p.m.
Dinner: James Beard House Revisited with Jay Caputo at Foxden Farm, Dover. James Beard Best Chef award nominee and Espuma owner Jay Caputo will recreate “what’s on the menu” paired with interesting wines from the James Beard House in New York City, where he has been invited to once again to showcase his skills. Saturday, March 8, 7 p.m.
Brunch & Bloody Mary Throwdown at Noble’s Pond, Dover. Amateurs and professionals compete to create the perfect Bloody Mary and attendees will name the winners! Area restaurants will provide some tasty brunch foods for a bloody good morning. Sunday, March 10, 11 a.m.
