Developing Your Market Plan

How do I get the most out of my marketing effort? This workshop provides an approach to developing the overall marketing plan for any business. Participants will learn to define the market in which they operate, select attractive targets and develop an overall action plan for each target.
Advertising and Promotion

Uncertain about advertising and promotion? This workshop covers the “media and message” to achieve effective marketplace communication. A panel of experts help you apply the principles to your business.
Successful Selling: The Competitive Edge

Why do some people always make the sale and others don’t? This workshop focuses on the art of creative selling. Learn how to define a customer’s need, target the offering to fit the need and make a winning and creative proposal to close the sale.
