Los Angeles Dodgers file for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in Delaware

Undoubtedly, this in not the way that current Dodgers owner Frank McCourt and MLB Commissioner Bud Selig wanted to start the week.
At any rate, this morning’s announcement is big new for baseball and for the Delaware courts!
