The key to winning federal contracts is based on three key important factors; (1) Having a sound budget; (2) Competitive pricing; and (3) Writing a thorough and responsive technical proposal.
This seminar led by Kevin Grimes of CFO Leasing, will provide detailed instructions in each of these critical areas. The seminar will provide a process to quickly make a Go/No-go decision as well as identify best practices for responding to a solicitation. Participants will be provided with key instructions on how to dissect an RFP, what to ask in the Q&A process, and how to write a technically sound response. Participants will also learn the line item budgeting process and how this technique supports annual financial planning and decision-making. This seminar will also explain how budgeting creates the baseline for proposal pricing and establishing indirect rates and forward pricing rates with the federal government.
