This coming week, Delaware’s international trade office principals from Australia, Ireland and the UK will share practical business applications and opportunities on how to do business in these markets. Attendees can expect to have the opportunity to network with the speakers one-on-one after the program, and may discuss opportunities for their respective products or services.
This workshop is ideal for Delaware businesses who are eager to expand to these markets, or want to grow their business through exporting. Businesses who’ve partnered with Delaware’s trade representatives in the past report that they’ve already achieved new export sales as a result!

Speaker BIOs:
Declan Barry, of HMC Global is the State’s trade representative in Ireland and the UK. Declan has over a decade of experience in international business development across Europe, Asia and North America, working in diverse sectors such as fintech, medtech, legal services and cyber security. To date, he’s helped Delaware businesses achieve nearly $1 million in new export sales!
Angela Foley is the State’s trade representative in Australia. Angela has worked in the international trade arena for over 25 years. Her team, Foley and Associates, provides market research and targeted business meetings for Delaware businesses throughout Australia.
Helen Stimson is the president of Delaware Bio. Prior to joining Delaware Bio, Helen was vice president of Agilent Technologies’ chemistries and supplies division; a $500 million business. Helen has vast experience in the establishment and management of global distribution networks.
