Partnership for Prescription Assistance The Partnership for Prescription Assistance “Help is Here” bus will stop on Van Buren Street between 4th & 5th Streets in Wilmington on Friday, November 14, 2008, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Trained specialists can help individuals access information on programs that provide prescription medicines for free or very low cost.
