LACC Youth Art Show

Community support, culture and the arts are all serious business. Here’s an opportunity to support all three at once.

The LACC middle and high school students are having an art show! The show will take place on Thursday, August 15th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Delaware Children’s Museum in Wilmington.

The event flier is attached – tickets are $12 at the door or at http://laccartshow.eventbrite.com/ However, the first 20 tickets sold online are only $10, so get yours now! If you are not able to attend but would still like to support the program, there is an option on the eventbrite page to make a monetary donation or to to donate items to the raffle.

The students at the LACC have been working hard on painting and photography and will be starting a spoken word curriculum next week, and we hope to have a big audience at the show to recognize their efforts.
