The Kent County Economic Summit: Building a Better Community brings together citizens, community leaders, business leaders, and local government officials to provide an authoritative voice on
economic development and related issues within the County. The presenters are actively involved in the major economic engines within the County – health care, tourism, gaming, agriculture,
housing renovation and construction, real estate, utilities and green development, industrial and small business development, employment-generating activities, and other programs.
Participants will be able to obtain information from local experts and government officials on the current economy and issues of today. Presenters will outline realistic ways that have been implemented or
will be implemented to improve the economic picture.
