It’s time to Renew your Delaware Business License
Tis the season for Business License Renewals!
With 2009 almost upon us, it’s time to make sure your Delaware business is licensed and ready to continue into the New Year. Fortunately, almost any business license issued by the Delaware Division of Revenue can be renewed online for up to three years in advance.
What will you need to renew your Delaware business license online?
Three things; your current business license, your renewal form, and a credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover) with a billing address in the U.S. After submitting your renewal, a temporary license will be produced for you to print. A one or three year license will be mailed to you within 30 days. Visit the Division of Revenue’s website to Renew your Delaware Business License online.
What about renewing a city or county business license?
Requirements vary by location. For information on city or county business licenses, you’ll need to do some independent research. To make that easier, try visiting the Delaware Municipal and County Websites page where you can find links to available webpage’s of the 57 Delaware municipalities and 3 counties.
What about renewing a Professional Regulatory license?
Certain professions are required to be certified and licensed, independent of our state business license requirements, in order to perform professional services in Delaware. To renew a Professional Regulatory License, visit the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation.
