Despite that expected news, and the Feds rather overt hint that they will continue this trend, long-term mortage rates still low and in most cases falling. Consequently, housing prices
continue to sore. As a future home buyer all of this is quite disturbing.
A likely senario for this market in 2-3 years (the time I will HOEFULLY be purchasing a home)
is grossly overpriced homes w/ higher mortgage rates(assuming these cont. st rate hikes take
effect).-
