Disney trial scheduled in Delaware Chancery Court
There’s been a lot about Walt Disney Co. in the media the last few days.
Quietly from somewhere in Delaware, comes more news concerning the Magic Kingdom…
The lawsuit filed by former director Roy Disney that seeks to void the company’s last board election will go to trial in Delaware Chancery Court on Aug. 10. Chief Judge William Chandler III is scheduled to preside over the matter without a jury.
I guess that isn’t quite sensational enough to grab national headlines.
