Design the New Castle County Chamber’s New Logo
Got design skills?
Would you like to add the NCCCC‘s logo to your design portfolio?
How about win a $500 prize?
If that sounds good to you, then enter your work in County Chamber’s logo competition! Beginning on May 1, the County Chamber has begun the search for a new logo, and is asking members to submit their designs for judging. The deadline for entries will be June 30, with all entries being reviewed in July, and the winner announced at the end of the summer.
The rules:
• The process for seeking proposals begins May 1, 2007 and ends June 30, 2007
• Only proposals from current Chamber member companies in good standing, or companies willing to join the Chamber will be considered
• The logo must be the original work of the submitting artist
• The logo should help convey the vision of the Chamber – a dynamic, 85-year old organization serving as the County’s largest advocate and partner for the region’s business community, speaking with a unified voice at all levels of government. No text, other than the words New Castle County Chamber of Commerce
• Logos should be designed with the understanding that the winning logo could be used in a variety of ways, anywhere, any size – letterhead, envelopes, business cards, pencils, billboards, print advertisements, as well as online. All entries must be submitted as a two-color logo created as vector art in Adobe Illustrator, and forwarded to the Chamber as a PDF
Entries must be e-mailed to Phil Birk, along with the designer’s full name and current address. No entries will be returned. More than one entry per person is OK.
