Delaware’s Interlocutory Appeal to Allow Sports Betting is Denied
The United States court of appeals for the third circuit has ruled against Delaware’s bid to permit point-spread bets on individual and over/under bets on individual games.

The State can still offer a “Parlay Lottery” which is a form of gambling where bettors need to correctly choose the winners of two or more sports contests, or two or more over/under bets, or some combination of winners and over/under bets.
