Delaware State of Emergency to remain in effect 2/12/2010, driving ban is lifted

  • Driving restrictions in Delaware lifted for New Castle, Kent and Sussex counties as of 6:00 PM 2/11/2010.
  • Delaware State of Emergency to remain in effect on 2/12/2010.
  • All State of Delaware offices will be open as scheduled on Friday, February 12, 2010.
