Delaware Legislative Wrap- Up – Second Session, 147th General Assembly

The 147th General Assembly came to a close in the early hours of Tuesday, July 1. This was a session characterized by budgetary challenges and debates over the path forward on infrastructure funding and the structure of the State of Delaware’s revenue streams. With the exception of a marijuana decriminalization bill, the substantial social policy debates which dominated the 2013 session were largely absent this year.
