Delaware Governor Jack Markell Signs Act Amending Delaware General Corporation Law
The DGCL is constantly evolving; its part of what makes Delaware one of the top destinations for incorporation in the world.
This week Governor Jack Markell has signed into law some changes that amend the Delaware Code, specifically Title 8: Corporations.

Title: AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 8 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE GENERAL CORPORATION LAW.
This particular change addresses issues related to corporate bylaws, proxies, directors, shareholders, and the powers of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
