Delaware Government Affairs- NCCCC Legislative Update on the Close of First Session of the 146th General Assembly

The First Session of the 146th General Assembly came to a close in the early hours of July 1. This past session was marked by good economic development news, improving state revenues and the passage of major social legislation.

Here are some of the legislative highlights:

  • The personal income tax cut, introduced as House Bill 128
  • The public utility tax cut, introduced as House Bill 129
  • The gross receipts tax cut, which was introduced as House Bill 127
  • The financial service job tax credit bill, introduced as Senate Bill 91
