Delaware Division of Corporations Publishes 2008 Proclamation Of Void And Cancelled Entities
Today, the Delaware Division of Corporations published the 2008 list of Void/Cancelled Entities.
Every Corporation, Limited Liability Company or other alternative entity formed in the State of Delaware is required to pay an annual franchise tax. If they fail to do so, the state will eventually declare that company’s charter void or cancelled.
