Delaware Chief Justice Named One of the 100 Most Influential Persons in Business Ethics for 2007
Congratulations to Delaware’s own Chief Justice Myron T. Steele of the Delaware Supreme Court for being recognize as the second most influential person in business ethics by Ethisphere Magazine. The list was compiled to honor leaders in business ethics throughout the world and was compiled by an advisory panel composed of experts from
major universities and institutions. Chief Justice Steele was named for his impact on government rules and enforcement trends.
Justice Steele, who has previously served as the Vice Chancellor to the Delaware Court of Chancery, has presided over major corporate litigation, LLC and limited partner governance disputes and writes frequently on issues of corporate document interpretation and corporate governance.
