Delaware celebrates America Saves Week by announcing the 2009 First State Saves Saving Star Award
Delaware nonprofit, educational, government, and corporate First State Saves partners are celebrating America Saves Week!
Rashmi Rangan, Esq., will be honored with the 2009 First State Saves Saving Star Award for her commitment and dedication as a financial educator and consumer advocate for Delawareans.

First State Saves is part of the national America Saves social marketing campaign created to combat the negative rate of savings in the USA. This statewide campaign encourages Delawareans to build wealth, not debt, by setting financial goals and saving regularly.
Their free program provides education and motivation to encourage saving at a time when consumer spending far outweighs saving.
