Delaware Biodiesel plant is sold
The Mid Atlantic Biodiesel plant in Clayton was sold at auction yesterday.
Forbes.com reports that the total purchase price, including the buyer’s premium and fees, was $1.485 million.
The Mid Atlantic Biodiesel (MAB) plant was originally designed to produce biodiesel from multiple feedstocks, but the soaring commodity prices forced the plan to close after only six months of operations.
