Delaware Annual Report and Franchise Tax Deadline Is Further Extended

Never seen this before; there must really be technical issues with the Delaware Division of Corporations Website! This notice has been up since yesterday:

Thank you for accessing our web site to file your Annual Franchise Tax Report. We are experiencing intermittent technical difficulties and are working to correct them as soon as possible. Since the problems are intermittent, please attempt your filing at this time.

Because of these difficulties, the Division of Corporations has extended the Franchise Tax due date until the problems are resolved and an additional day has passed to allow filings to be completed. When that date is certain, we shall post to this page the tax due deadline immediately.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
