Back to Basics Learning Dynamics, Inc. honored with 2012 Marvin S. Gilman Superstars in Business Award of Excellence
Back to Basics Learning Dynamics, Inc. was recently recognized as the recipient of the 2012 Marvin S. Gilman Award of Excellence within the 65-150 employees category. Winners from all categories were honored at an awards ceremony November 14, 2012 during a luncheon at the Hotel du Pont’s Gold Ballroom.
The Marvin S. Gilman Superstars in Business Award, named for one of Delaware’s leading small business entrepreneurs, honors businesses and non-profit corporations for their outstanding achievements and model approaches to business and management. The awards are presented to companies that have been in business for at least three years, are small businesses based on number of employees, and are members of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce.
Awards of Excellence are also granted to deserving companies. The 2012 Awards of Excellence are presented to a runner-up in each category, to recognize and honor exemplary businesses worthy of note.

In the 27 years since, Back to Basics’ tutors and instructors have provided over 12,500 students with exceptional 1-on-1 tutoring in over 60 subjects, plus enrollment in their unique, Department of Education-approved K-12 Private School. Back to Basics also has over 60 foreign language translators and interpreters on staff for district and government contracts. The company is also a Department of Labor approved provider and a Department of Education approved Business and Trade School for ages 16+..
